PROPERTY MANAGER Alex is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Aerial Center Executive Park in Morrisville, NC. The Park consists of 10 office buildings and a total of 350k square feet. She has over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Alex is a native of Raleigh. She is married and has children. She enjoys hiking, photography, and spending time with her family.

SARAH HOLT

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER Sarah assists in the daily tasks and administrative work at Aerial Center Executive Park in Morrisville, NC. She graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and moved to the Raleigh area to enter the commercial real estate industry. Although new to commercial real estate, she has over 5 years of customer service experience.

While Sarah lived in Greenville for a short time, Raleigh has always been her home as her family and friends are all in the aera. She enjoys reading, is an avid runner, and travels around to different states for the best live music.

EVAN NISSEN

LEAD BUILDING ENGINEER Evan is responsible for daily building engineering services at Aerial Center Executive Park. He has over 22 years of experience in all aspects of the residential air conditioning trade, along with carpentry and framing experience. Evan joined The Spectrum Companies in 2007 and has worked throughout Spectrum’s Triangle portfolio.

Originally from southern Florida, Evan has lived in the Raleigh area since 2005. He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married enjoy traveling and motorcycle riding throughout nearby states.

TENANT INFORMATION

The Spectrum Companies is proud to serve the tenants of Aerial Center Executive Park. Providing a safe, clean, comfortable and visually appealing office space is important to us. We are available 24 hours a day to serve you. To ensure our tenants are receiving the service they deserve, we have implemented a Tenant Nurturing Plan – a company-wide system we use to touch base with all of our tenants multiple times a year. The feedback we receive helps us serve our tenants better. On a daily basis, our property management and maintenance teams are on-site and are here to help you.
